Sugar cane molasses is a by-product from the cane sugar production. Sugar cane molasses is imported from different countries of origin to Europe. Depending on the origin, the values (e.g. total sugar, water, etc.) may vary.
There are different areas of use, but mainly in the food and feed sector, e.g. for dust binding, pelleting, silage, production of yeast, rum production, as well as in the field of reproduction of microorganisms.
